BC Provincial Road Championships
Aviawest juniors took top spots in both the men's and women's BC Provincial Road Championships! Annie Ewart and Corey Hess of Team Aviawest both won the BC Road Championships with late race attacks.
This is the first time in history that one team has won both the junior men's and women's titles in the same year.
The Elite Men's Team headed south to the Elkhorn Classic in Oregon for a stage race against the top riders in the Pacific Northwest. Team leader Nic Hamilton had a strong TT, finishing inside the top 15. Nic had a really good road race on the final day, going with the winning break and finishing 10th in the mountain top finish to end up a very respectable 7th overall.
